Quotes and starting prices
Quotes are free and without obligation. Complete roof cleaning starts from £595; patio cleaning starts from £100. Gutter cleaning is quoted individually. Starting figures are not a fixed total for every property.
Agreed work and package inclusions
Every complete roof clean includes low-pressure softwashing and biocide treatment, gutter clearing and cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning and a pure-water window clean, with manual moss scraping where required. Separate paving, re-pointing, re-sanding or sealing work should be confirmed in the quote rather than assumed to be included.
Payment
No upfront deposit is required. Payment is by bank transfer after the work is complete and the invoice has been received.
Roof biocide treatment guarantee
The supplied roof-clean guarantee lasts two years and covers the biocide treatment. It is not a structural roof warranty and should not be assumed to cover unrelated exterior services. Ask for the applicable written guarantee information before accepting the work.
Materials, access and existing defects
Tell the business about known damage, previous coatings, access restrictions and any permissions needed. Cleaning does not repair leaks, failed bedding, cracked glazing or structural defects. Discuss the suitability of the work and expected outcome before booking; do not attempt unsafe high-level preparation.
Appointments, cancellations and changes
Confirm the appointment and any weather-related arrangements directly. Where cancellation rights apply by law, those rights remain; ask for the required pre-contract information rather than assuming a fee or waiver.
Enquiries and privacy
